A beautiful home in the heart of Royal Deeside with so many outdoor amenities on its doorstep
RATED 4-STARS BY VISIT SCOTLAND AND HIGHLY RATED BY TRIP ADVISOR, Heughhead Mill which is nestled in beautiful Royal Deeside and approximately 1.5 miles West from the centre of Aboyne, was built in the 19th century as a threshing mill for Heugh Head Farm. It is not known how long it was used as such but has certainly been in a state of disrepair since the 1970s. Work to convert the building into a dwelling house began in June 2008 and it was finally completed in June 2012.
Although the mill is our home we wanted to open our door for B&B to people who wish to stay in the area during their holidays or long weekends etc. With so many outdoor amenities and activities on the doorstep you will not know where to start.
